Website & Dashboard Agreement

Between Groe Digital Inc. (“Groe”) and Huston's Training & Fitness Centre (“Client”).

1. Services

Groe will design, build, host and maintain a website and content dashboard for the Client, connected to the Client's domain (hustonstfc.com).

2. Fees

A one-time build fee of $2,500 CAD + applicable tax. An ongoing Care & Hosting fee of $20/month covers hosting, SSL security and daily backups. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

3. Client edits

The Client may edit their own content (services, prices, photos, hero media, announcements and business info) through the dashboard at any time, as often as they like, with no per-change fees.

4. Revisions & change requests

Before launch: after checkout and before the site goes live on the Client's domain, the Client may request one round of reasonable minor adjustments (wording, photos, colours, section order and small layout tweaks). These are collected on the go-live form and are included at no extra cost.

After launch: the Client makes their own everyday changes (services, prices, photos, hero media, announcements, hours, business info) through the dashboard at any time, free and unlimited. Small design changes the Client cannot make themselves are submitted through the “Request a change” link and are either included in the two-year refresh below or completed sooner for a small flat fee, quoted before any work.

Refresh: while on an active Care & Hosting plan, Groe provides one design/content refresh every two (2) years, up to a combined four (4) hours of work. New pages, new features, e-commerce, integrations or a full redesign are outside the refresh and are quoted separately before any work begins.

5. Support

Support covers hosting and platform issues (the site being online and the dashboard working). It does not include unlimited custom design or development work.

6. Bookings & data

Memberships and sign-ups are handled through the Client's own sign-up system. Groe does not store the Client's customer or lead data.

7. Ownership

The Client owns their brand, written content, photographs and domain. Groe retains ownership of its underlying platform, code and templates. Hosting of the site is provided while the Client maintains an active Care & Hosting plan.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel Care & Hosting with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, Groe will provide a one-time export of the Client's content, and the live site is taken offline once hosting ends. The one-time build fee is non-refundable once the site is live.

9. Acceptance

By checking the “I agree” box and completing checkout, the Client confirms they have read and agreed to these terms. This acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and serves as the Client's agreement to this contract. These terms may be superseded by a separately signed master services agreement.
